Combined Campus Worship Night

The Barfield and Calvary campuses are coming together for one of our four yearly events where the entire church family gathers in one location. This will be a night you do not want to miss!

Sunday, September 7 at 6 PM
Calvary Campus Worship Center

The theme of the night is worship through service and missions. Together, we’ll celebrate what God is doing in Cambodia, Africa, Orlando, and the Dominican Republic, and hear a major update from one of our missionaries on the incredible work in India.

This is a family night of worship. There will be no separate ONE KIDS ministry or childcare down the hall we want kids, students, and adults all together in the Worship Center as one church family.

Invite your friends. Bring your family. Welcome new MTSU students looking for a church home in Murfreesboro. Let’s fill the room and lift high the name of Jesus!

Join the Praise Choir for Worship Night!

The Praise Choir will gather at 3:30 PM for a 4 PM run through, then sing during Set 1 and Set 3 of the night (each set is 4 songs) with a break during Set 2.

No harmony parts are required — just a heart of praise and a desire to worship with others. Everyone is welcome!

The Table

Join us on Tuesday, September 9, at 6:00 PM for the launch of our new women’s ministry, The Table!

The Table is a place for women of all ages to gather, connect, and grow together in Christ. Twice a month on Tuesday evenings, we’ll share in meaningful fellowship, often lift our voices in worship, and open God’s Word to discover how it speaks into our everyday lives.

Whether you’re brand new to One Church or have been here for years, you’ll find a welcoming space to build friendships, be encouraged, and be reminded that we belong at the table together.

We’ll share some coffee, introduce ourselves, and answer any questions you have about who we are and how to get involved.

True Blue College Waffle Welcome Sunday

This Sunday, August 24, the whole church is coming together to celebrate and support our college students.

We’re asking everyone to wear MTSU BLUE as a show of love and encouragement for students heading back to campus. Let’s fill the Worship Center with a sea of blue as we worship together.

College students, your morning starts at 9:30 AM with our Waffle Welcome: a chance to enjoy waffles, connect with other students, and meet leaders. Then at 10:30 AM, join the rest of the church family in the Worship Center for a powerful service of worship and teaching.

If you’re new to town or an MTSU student looking for a church home in Murfreesboro, this Sunday is for you. Bring a friend, wear your blue, and don’t miss this special morning of welcome and worship!

One Church Calvary Build Team

Volunteers Needed

The One Church Calvary Build team is currently rebuilding a home in Readyville, TN for a family that lost their house in the 2023 tornado. Jacob Shaw and his team have finished the block foundation. We are scheduled to begin framing the home on Aug 09 thru Aug 17. We could use a few more volunteers. The work will include installation of the floor, exterior/ interior walls, and the roof truss system. If you have any construction skills or just willing to work in the heat to give this family a home again, please contact the Calvary front office to register.

One Church Academy classes are small group learning environments designed to help you go deeper in your walk with Christ. These classes go beyond traditional Sunday School, offering rich biblical teaching and thoughtful discussion across a wide range of topics. Whether you’re exploring a specific book of the Bible, learning to parent with purpose, or wrestling with big theological questions, there’s a class for you.

Student Camp

Student Camp is for upcoming 6th graders through high school graduates.

This year’s theme is Survivor! Students will have a blast playing games as they compete against each other in tribes, engage in worship, dig into God’s Word, and make some amazing new friends along the way!

Disaster Relief Meeting

Are you the type of person that wants to help when disaster strikes? We are forming a Disaster Relief team for storm recovery victims. We need people familiar with chain saws, doing mud outs, meal prep, demolition , etc., for when Rutherford County gets hit. Partnering with local first responders, we will go in and provide physical and spiritual care for families at the time of their greatest need.  If you are interested, register for a free lunch/information meeting right after church on Sunday, May 18th from Noon-12:40pm.

Been a guest of One Church for a couple of weeks?  Our Meet One Church lunches, hosted by Pastor Steve, are a great way to learn more about who we are in a smaller, more informal setting.  In these two weeks, you'll meet the One Church staff and get introduced to the ministries they lead.  You'll also hear about One Church history, structure, beliefs and values; and you'll have an opportunity to ask questions.  Lastly, at some time in the future, if you decide you want to make One Church your church home, you'll discover the benefits and responsibilities of church membership.

Join us for our next series of Meet One Church classes held on Sundays - December 8 and 15.  Classes meet immediately following the second service (both sessions) in the Student Center.  Lunch and childcare (Only 3rd Grade and Under) are provided.  While these are not membership classes, attendance at both sessions is a prerequisite for those who later wish to become members.

One Church Thanksgiving Dinner

The annual One Church - Calvary/Barfield Thanksgiving Meal and Worship Service is scheduled for 6:00 pm, Wednesday, November 20th.  This year we are providing two menu options: a catered traditional Thanksgiving meal for $7.50 and a pizza meal ($2.00 for two slices or $4.00 for four slices).  The price is the same for both children and adults.

In an effort to best accommodate your seating requests you will list your connect group or family member you'd like to be seated next to. 

We anticipate a large registration and a possible waiting list, so if your plans change after registering, please let us know so that we can allow those on the waiting list to participate.  Since the meal is being catered, all registrations are non-refundable.
